Arintha system Accumulation conveyor allows cartons, totes, etc. to accumulate with out touching each other. This protects your products from damage and jams. Applications:  Zero Pressure Electronic Zone (no touching of product), Minimum Pressure (3% back pressure, Distribution, Manufacturing, Assembly, Packaging, Shipping.

Chain driven roller conveyors can provide extremely positive transport of product, but can also be adapted to give “low pressure” accumulation of product via the fitting of specially engineered friction clutches fitted into the body of the roller. Using this style of product allows goods to be transported, stored and released as required for further processing.

They are very adaptive as they can be adapted to provide “low pressure” accumulation of product as well as “zero pressure” accumulation where it is desirable for each product on the line to be accumulated without any adjacent product imparting line pressure onto it. The zero pressure conveyor is built to provide many product zones that are controlled via sensors that detect products on the conveyor. Each zone acts independently of the zones on either side of it ensuring that only one product is stored in its respective zone on the conveyor.
