Vertical Conveyor Belt.
Arintha system Vertical Conveyors are fully integrated, multiple position conveyors used to raise or lower products between conveyor elevations or, when used in tandem, they can form a conveyor "bridge" above heavily congested plant areas. Generally, the Vertical Conveyor uses a section of Slip-Torque or Slip-Track bed to transfer products in and out of the vertical conveyor shaft.
Once the product is inside the shaft, the vertical conveyor mechanism activates and raises or lowers the entire conveyor bed to the appropriate elevation. Product in-feed and discharge can take place in a "Z" or "C" configuration or the entire bed can be rotated to discharge product to a conveyor at a right angle to the product in-feed conveyor.
Wire Mesh Conveyor.
Arintha system standard or Extended Pitch Roller Chain Conveyor belts are used primarily for handling light and medium loads. Among typical uses for these positive drive conveyor belts are removal of heat treated parts from quench baths, washing and drying applications and the handling of products in the food processing industry.
While the belt is long or the article is heavy, you should choose chain drive to reduce the belt load. However you should consider the adjustment of the machine basic configuration. Specify the following when order: Conveyor belt's lead, Pitch of belt, Wire material, Wire diameter, Spiral, etc.
Sortation Conveyor.
